Summary :-
Some users are experiencing problems when archiving to a UNC path - typically Novell users.

The S2A Utility is provided to so that these users can archive to a mapped drive. This utility is not Novell specific, and using it is only recommended if you need to archive to a mapped drive.

More Information :-
Because Replicator runs as a service (by default) it cannot archive to a mapped drive. To archive to a mapped drive the replicator must be run as an application.

Solution : -
This S2A Utility program stops the replicator service and restarts replicator as an application.
When running as an application the archive path can be set to a mapped drive.

Note: When running Replicator as an application, a user must be logged in to the computer to ensure that the replicator program is automatically started.

Once configured do not change your archive settings using the Tools/Options/Archive menu that is available from the FTR Reporter user interface.

Please find the S2A utility here.
